What do we do about it?  Eliminate programs, such as quotas, that perpetuate discrimination while 
punishing those who do discriminate.

Who gets to decide?  Well, that's what a lot of the debate on here has been about.  Obviously you're 
on the side of the Maoists.  From what I've seen of the Maoists' behavior, I prefer the good ol' 
boys.  It's a matter of personal taste, IMO.
