Aside from possible serious but hidden damage that may have occurred
from the quake have you considered thermal effects? Do the jolts
follow a diurnal pattern. Is the face under consideration the Southern
exposure? It could be a combination of earthquake damage and thermal
effects combined.

Have you run periodic level surveys to check for changes in floor
height over time?
