I used it about ten years ago, and one of our geotechs here in Houston uses
on our behalf.

It is put out by Lymon Reese's company (I'm sorry but I forget their name) in

Austin, Texas.  Reese, as you may know, is a noted figure in the
of soil-pile interaction, and especially laterally-loaded piles.

Check with the University of Texas website at  They're bound 
to have a faculty directory, and you can get in contact with Dr. Reese that
