Return-Path: <pcc(--nospam--at)onramp.net> Date: Wed, 19 Feb 1997 19:22:38 -0600 From: "J. Marc Lewis" <pcc(--nospam--at)Onramp.NET> Reply-To: pcc(--nospam--at)Onramp.NET Organization: pcc To: jlse(--nospam--at)netVIP.com Subject: (no subject) Dear Sirs: We are interested in prefabricated, concrete housing in the 150-350 square meter range, both one and two story for medium income developments in Latin America. This can be either pour in place, tilt wall, modular, etc. The key for us is to cut down cost and construction times. The typical use would be a development of 50-60 homes in a gated community with 3-5 floor plan models. These units would be very similar in outside design but might range from a basic 3 bedroom one combination living dining area to a 4-5 bedroom model with 2 living areas and a separate dining room. We plan to develop the basic floor plans that will remain the same from development to development, with different exterior treatments for variety. The system must be durable and suitable for construction in earthquake prone areas of the globe. Could your group help us get in touch with those companies that do handle such products? Thanks for your help. J.
