Dear List member:

Due to tremendous email traffic and growing number of subscribers, I like
to remind you all to keep the size of your email to minimum. When you reply
to an email, do NOT include the entire original email unless necessary.

If you feel that you getting too many email a day, I like you to consider
the "DIGEST" feature of our list.

Requesting digests

Instead of getting each message from the list separately, you may ask
the list server to send you a compendium of all the messages that were
sent that day. To do this, send a message to the list server with the
command "DIGEST". For example:

       From: Brian Dorricott <brian(--nospam--at)>
         To: admin(--nospam--at)
    Subject: <not needed>

    digest seaoc

The list manager will send you a confirmation message back and every
24-hours you will receive a single email message with a contents
and each message listed in it.

Where to report problems

Should you still have any problems or questions, please email
seaoc-ad(--nospam--at) and I will be happy to help.

Shafat Qazi, P.E.
