It is known that the torque tensioning method is not reliable.  I have
specified "Turn of the nut method" and seems to have worked.  This is a
controversial issue and I am sure many people will have different
experiences, observations and opinions.

Sandy (and others), I would like your opinion on specifying and reliability
of "Turn of the nut" method.
