I know of two:
 1. Structural Steel Educational Council puts out a Steel Tips on "Design
Practice to Prevent Floor Vibrations" (Sept. 1991).  The phone numbers
listed are (510) 932-0909 and (818) 444-4519.

2.  Stanford University Facilities Group puts out a very good guideline on
floor vibration requirements for various types of equipment.  They are in
the 415 area code.
