Fwd: List split

I gues I don't know what the yes vs no vote means but I support the
idea of keeping one list (no split until traffic is much larger), but
having everyone make better use of message SUBJECT field.  The codes
suggested by others make sense to me.

> P:      professional
> C:      computer
> M:      miscellaneous (humor, etc.)

Also reply postings should minimize repeated into especially the SEAOC
disclaimer following all posts.
