I'll get behind this idea myself. (KISS) Filtering would be a pain. I'm
not sure there is enough traffic here to worry too much about the time
it takes to browse titles, but if some feel that separation would help
our desires for organization so be it.

BTW, isn't this the request for discussion (RFD) and call for votes
(CFV) stages of the newsgroup protocall rolled into one ?

When and how does it conclude?
