CONSTRO 97, Pune, India : 1st Announcement

Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation, Pune, India - the
first private sector R & D Institute in the country - is organizing
=93CONSTRO 97 - An International Exhibition of Construction Machinery,
Materials and Methods=94 later this year. This is the sixth in the CONSTR=
O
series of exhibitions which have been the largest fairs of their kind in
India over the past decade.

The growing housing and infrastructural requirements of India present a
picture of tremendous challenges and opportunities. This is evident from
the fact that outlay on construction forms about 50 % of plan investments
in India. On account of new liberalised economic policies adopted in
India, the winds of market forces are blowing freely over the
construction market revealing new vistas of opportunities for
international suppliers.

It is against this backdrop that CONSTRO 97 will open its doors on
December 4, 1997 for this one week long exhibition. The past experience
promises this to be the greatest event and a grand opprotunity especially
for the international manufacturers, dealers and construction machinery /
services suppliers to meet and have a heart to heart dialogue with the
Indian construction industry.

Specifically, following broad areas of construction industry will be
highlighted and the participants will be grouped under one of these
activities and alloted the hall accordingly :
=B7 Construction Materials
=B7 Flooring materials, sanitaryware etc.
=B7 Building services like elevators, air conditioning etc.
=B7 Interior decoration
=B7 Electronic products, computers and Office Automation equipment etc.
=B7 Electrical tools and equipments
=B7 Educational and R & D institutes, consulting services etc.

Regisration has already started and you can avail of =93Early Bird
Incentives=94 in exhibitors fees by early booking. For more information,
