Fwd: Concrete design

I'd like to solicit your opinions on the applicability of the UBC concrete
material requirements, (specifically w/c ratio and strength), for
"non-structural" concrete, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, mailbox
pads, sprinkler controller equipment pads, drainage swales.
