The subject of your post is "Construction Tolerances", but your question
refers to settlement.  Is the settlement you're referring to during
construction, or is this a long term settlement; or, is this
construction tolerances/deficiencies??  Please provide additional

BTW, 1/4" in 20' is about L/1000.
