Re[2]: computer program

DOS = Disk Operating System. The programs are old (pre-Windows). A
data file has to be set up in an editor (i.e. Notepad). A program can
be run from within Windows by double clicking the executable file upon
which the user inputs the name of the data file and responds to a
series of questions. The process required to run the programs is
somewhat tedious but not unlike using the editor in STAAD for input of
     command language.
