My comment regarding CA PE laws wasn't intended to be a "flame". I was just
perplexed about your interest in CA PE laws when you admit you have no
business interests here and I was certain you are confident that TX would
not follow suit.

Since my post I realized your motivation. You probably get a great deal of
entertainment watching us CA SEs fight with civils, architects, et al. for
work while also facing higher liability and erroding protection by the
Business and Professions code.

I guess, from an outsider's point of view, this has got to top Beetle
Bailey!
