RE: Concrete topping slab

"Chem-Comp" is/was the brand name of an expansive (Type K) cement, more
accurately labeled "shrinkage-compensating" cement.  Sorry, I don't have
an ASTM spec number at hand.  Since, as I understand, it needs
confinement similar to "non-shrink" grouts, it's hard to envision using
it for a topping.
