[Bill Cain] FEMA Publications at the 800 number typically doesn't comment
on whether something is available as long as it shows up on their screen.
Even when pressed for whether something is available or not they usually
don't say. This morning, however, I called to inquire about FEMA 273/274
which I had requested last December. The person answering answered in a
VERY EXASPERATED voice that they had just received it from the printer and
it would be out very shortly. I guess they've been getting a lot of calls.
