Basically the same approach would work for this one as well.  Flip one
switch, leave it on for 10 minutes, flip it off.  Flip another switch, go
back upstairs, the warm bulb which is off is the first switch, the bulb
which is on is the second, the cold bulb which is off is the third.

This solution works if the "one trip to the basement" is round trip, not
one way.
