The modulus of rupture [for concrete] is the is the flexural tensile
strength of the concrete.
Per ACI318-9.5.2.3, the modulus of rupture may be taken as 7.5xSQRT(f'c) for
normal weight concrete and 75% of that value for all-lightweight material.

2.   Question: Modulus of Elastisity and Young's Modulus is the same but
does "Modulus of Rupture" refer to the same property?
