It took me a while to get mine too. It finally came. Don't forget, this
document is published and distributed by an agency of our illustrious
federal government. And it's free. Either:
1.	Relax
2.	Borrow a colleague's copy.

I to have had problems getting publications in a timely manner,
particularily
through ANSI. My solution has been to deal with Global Engineering
Documents, a
great source for technical documents. 1-800-854-7179 http://global.ihs.com
