You may consider using a software package called ST-RISK. ST-RISK was jointly
developed by Degenkolb Engineers and Risk Engineering. The program performs a
PML study based on FEMA-178 methodologies and Karl Steinbrugge's book
Earthquakes, Volcanoes and Tsunamis and accounts for proximity to known faults.
If'd you like more information, you can email me at erickson(--nospam--at)degenkolb.com.
