AISC has Design Guide #9 "Torsional Analysis of Structural Steel Members"
(released in 1997), which covers torsion in the common structural shapes.
You can buy it for #30 plus s/h through the AISC web site
(www.aiscweb.com) or by calling 800/644-2400.
