Absolutely! Another problem I have is with Section 2211.11 is paragraph 7:
Provision shall be made for pretensioning or other methods of installation
of tension-only bracing to guard against loose diagonal straps." Number of
stories notwithstanding, I am extremely curious how the metal building
industry achieves this in the "real world".
