Re: peer review - model contract documents

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
The Council of American Structural Engineers (CASE) has prepared a number
(12 at last count) of model agreements for structural engineers, including
one specifically for peer review. In addition to the peer review they have
model agreements for:

Three-part, preprinted short-form agreements
Specialty Engineering Agreements
Subconsultant Agreements
    Special Inspection / Materials Testing
    Geotechnical Engineering
AIA C141 companion agreement
Transfer of CAD files

and others. Contact Ed Bajer, Executive Director 202-347-7474 or

Subject: peer review - model contract documents

Does anyone know whether ASCE or any other engineering organizations
have published model contract documents to help establish a peer
review agreement between two engineering firms?

My apologies for failing to find this in the list archive...
