Have you figured out and corrected cause of the crack?  That needs to be done;
understanding the cause will likely tend to dicatate the appropriate repair,
and correction will help to protect the repair from future damage. 

If the crack was caused by corrosion of the embedded rebar, your option 2,
along with cleaning of the rebar is probably the best.  Option 3 is not likely
to work in any case.  Removal of the bricks, leaving the grout intact is
probably not practical: the bricks are probably too well bonded to the grout
to allow separation.

Check with the Sika Tech-reps or applicators in your area about the question
of option 1.
