The ASCE publication "Design of Anchor Bolts For Petrochemical Facilities"
has information and references. You might try there. Your co-worker there
at Fluor, Mr. Dan Stoppenhagen was co-chairman of the committee. The last I
heard of Dan, he was with Fluor in Houston.
