COMP: FAT 32 on NT

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]
A few weeks back there was discussion of NT recognizing a fat32 HD. Today
I received the following from an NT tips service I subscribe to.

A FAT SOLUTION

        Windows NT Workstation 4.0
Subscriber Gary V. informs us of a utility that will allow
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 to read data on Windows 95
and 98 FAT32 partitions. You can also copy files from the
FAT32 partition to other partitions. This is a great utility for
those of us who need to use a dual boot system. To check
        out this program, go to

        http://www.sysinternals.com/fat32.htm

and download FAT32 for Windows NT 4.0. Once you install
the program, you'll be able to read your FAT32 partitions
from Windows NT Workstation 4.0. If you'd like to have
read and write capabilities, you can purchase the full read
        and write version for $39.
