The Post-Tensioning Institue has a series of manuals
and technical references which, of course, I don't have
any of them at the office.  They may have a web site.

A reasonable general reference manual is Design of
Prestressed Concrete Structures by T.Y. Lin
and Ned H. Burns (Wiley).  I have the third edition.
