For the non-Microsoft crowd, Robert's suggestion works fine in 
WordPerfect too.  If you get into this cut and paste thing with 
windows screen shots, you might want to check out the excellent 
utility "PrintScreen Plus", which lets you select a specific area on 
your screen, rather than just a window, to print or paste into another 
document.  It used to be available at www.janesway.com, but I 
haven't checked in a while.
