Thank you for your suggestions.  Have you tried "TUBULAR STEEL STRUCTURES  -
Theory and Design" from the James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation ?  I
found this reference very interesting and useful.  It covers the design of
stacks, bins, horizontal storage tanks, pipelines, and conveyor galleries.
