With an 18-sided pole the 16-sided drag coefficent is the conservative factor
to use.  The other problem with an 18-sided pole is going to be the allowable
stress on the other factor to watch because an 18-sided pole is going to have
a different compact/noncompact section boundary then a 16 sided pole because
it will need to be based on the round manufactured tube values as Table 5 in
TIA/EIA-222 will no longer apply.

Any idea why the switch to 18-sided poles?
