If your computer is operating correctly then it probably was not you that
caused it but I am not an expert on viruses.  You can find out more about it
by doing a word search on viruses and finding the happy99 worm.  You can
remove it (if you have not opened the attachment by deleting the message
with the attachment and then going to "deleted items" and then deleting the
message there.
