Re:East LA Building Code

East Los Angeles is in unincorporated Los Angeles County. Currently, they use
the 1996 County of Los Angeles Building Code, which is a variation of the 1994
Uniform Building Code. This may change July 1, 1999, I understand.

Which year of UBC does East Los Angeles use. Do they have a supplement?
Or do they use LA's. If they use LA's, same question.
