The State of Wisconsin has it's own building code that contains very
simple wind load criteria......20 psf up to 50', 25 psf for 50' to 100',
30 psf for 100' to 150', etc. They will allow a more exact analysis but
caution the designer not to use loads less than that specified. I
believe this means that for the main wind force resisting system, the
direct pressure and suction have to add up to not less than 20 psf for
buildings less than 50'.
