Arturo,

Try looking in one of your structural books under the chapter on bridges.
There you will most likely find a table for Cooper Class E-10 loading for
one track of two rails.  For E-80, multiply the values by 8.

The design proceedures for railroad work are more conservative than AISC, so
you need a reference that will give you those proceedures.  The AREA Manual
is of course the ideal reference.
