"Applied Structural steel design" by Spiegel and Limbrunner has an example.

I have a "rough" spread sheet I could email you. I would have to send you an
example problem "by hand" so you can verify the results to yourself. :-)

I know there's another book out there with an example, that is where I
created the spreadsheet from.

I also think I've seen an example in "Timber Solutions manual by Duquette,
but not sure.
