Try ACI 117R, "Comentary on Standard Specifications for Tolerances for
Concrete Construction and Materials"
Also there is a good article in "SOUTHWEST BUILDER", October 1988. It's old
but still good.

somewhere not long ago i had seen a table comparing ASTM E1155 F number
system to the old 10 foot straightedge tolerances.
anyone out there remember the source, or another one?
