Look at the commentary in ACI 117R-8 Fig. 4.5.6(c).  I think that is what
you are looking for.

somewhere not long ago i had seen a table comparing ASTM E1155 F number
system to the old 10 foot straightedge tolerances.

anyone out there remember the source, or another one?
