Robert:

Imagination Engineer LE is free for buyers of Mathcad. I have a copy and
don't think much of it. Imagineer and Smart Sketch have been reworked a
couple of times. We use it as a 2D companion to Microstation for use in our
plants. It has not caught on very well, and has been loosing favor to
Autocad and Autocad LT.
