RE: AISC Section Database

[Subject Prev][Subject Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next]

Go to AISC's web site, they sell a database which can be ported to a spreadsheet
for about $60. I haven't used it so I don't know how good it is. I generally
use Enercalc's or Archon's database.

I'm sure that somebody at AISC can direct you to a vendor. I developed my
own database by painstakingly entering the information myself (took about 3
days for all shapes). I was working in Excel and the database that was for
sale was only available in Lotus at the time, but it's probably available
for other software or you can simply convert the file.
