Alberto,

Our office has also been trying to set up pay scales for respective
positions.  We first decided to expand on the job description and elaborate
on each position's responsibilities.  The next thing you must decide is if
the position will be hourly or salary and then evaluate the WHOLE
compensation package ( bonus, 401K, profit sharing,  medical, dental,
optical, life insurance and any misc. perks that your office might offer).

This issue has been posted before with minimal success due to the lack of
the above information.  Also keep in mind the competitive market .

If you know all of the above info, I'll try to align it with our office.
