As an engineer, we never design the buildings in poor condition or use poor
materials during the erection. the mostly collaps buildings were houses
which made by owner, oldmen previous knowlegde, not as engineering design.

for example, when an engineer specify 325 kg cement per cubic, owner says
lets put 400 kg / m3 . This cause brittle concrete and casting technique is
not good enough (no vibration, too much water, no additive.)
