Dear Greg,

I have a feeling that engineers lack patience with those who are not.  I have followed the instructions on the bottom of the page and still had no luck.  I am female, and a certified chef.  I get a little hurt when spoken to so abruptly when it's a simple misunderstanding.  If I have irritated you by my ignorance of the system, to me that is testimony to how little we actually convey our true message, (whatever it may be) over a computer. All I really want is to be relieved of all the e-mail.  I am more interested in interesting recipes than structural engineering.  So please be gentle.
