It looks very similar (or exactly the same?) to LARSA
( marketed in US.  I know quite a few firms in
British Columbia use it and it's marketed by Softek
( here in Vancouver.

It's a nice piece of software but I don't really like it.  So far I
haven't found any structural software better than ANSYS and SAP2000. :-)
