Subject: POINTERS ON EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONEY
Speaker: Michael Murtaugh, Attorney in Law

* Mr. Murtaugh, name partner in the law firm Murtaugh, Miller, Meyer &
Nelson will be the featured speaker.  He has extensive experience in
construction law and has handled numerous trials, mediations and
arbitrations representing contractors, owners, architects, engineers and
developers.  His presentation will include valuable pointers on providing
effective expert witness testimony.

* Please note that Mr Murtaugh will be speaking in lieu of Mr. James Acret.
