The scheduled speaker at the January 11, 2000 meeting of the Forensic
Engineering Technical Group is Michael Murtaugh, not James Acret, as
previously announced.  The correct announcement is presented below:

Subject: POINTERS ON EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONEY
Speaker: Michael Murtaugh, Attorney in Law

Mr. Murtaugh, name partner in the law firm Murtaugh, Miller, Meyer &
Nelson will be the featured speaker.  He has extensive experience in
construction law and has handled numerous trials, mediations and
arbitrations representing contractors, owners, architects, engineers and
developers.  His presentation will include valuable pointers on providing
effective expert witness testimony.

When: 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Tuesday January 11, 2000
