One resource is AISC's Iron and Steel Beams: 1873 to 1952:

I am sure that we have already covered this, but...

Does anyone know where I can find dimensions and properties for older steel
designations? The shapes that I am looking for are a 6B8.5 and a 8WF17.

Thanks in advance.
