I stupidly ass-u-me-d that he is running under MSES.
 
Hm, someone who is able to function in our networked world WITHOUT MS
by-your-leave. Astounding.
 
Oh, and the best way to alleviate the need for "a couple of free hours" on a
BIG download is to get a broadband connection like the ADSL rig I got at
home.

Please note that the version of Outlook 2000 that comes on the Office 2000
CD is not fully compatible with the latest version on Microsoft's Exchange
Server.  To solve this, if you have a couple of free hours, you can download
an upgraded version of Outlook 2000 from Microsoft.
