Is the document available on the Internet yet? If not, do you know if the
City of Los Angeles will allow either a link or a copy of the document to be
posted on the SEAOC or SEAINT websites?

Subject: City of L.A.- Information Bulletin ST-12 (Structural)

I just picked up a copy of an Information Bulletin ST-12 (Structural) titled
"Interim Alternate Method for Distribution of Lateral Forces in Wood Frame
Buildings Assuming Flexible Diaphragm."

It's a *DRAFT* document that will essentially allow the use of flexible
diaphragm analysis of up to three stories of wood frame buildings when
certain conditions are met. The conditions are not too restrictive and may
accommodated in any normal situation, most of which are already part of the
LA Code.

Does anybody have any information on when will this be implemented?
