Concrete Floor Cracks

Any time you have saw cut joints in a floor with wheel traffic you should
fill the joints with a semi-rigid epoxy joint filler to support the edges.
This will stop the edges from crushing and making the joint wider.
As far as the rest of the cracks, as B. Davison mentioned, there is a whole
list of things that could have caused the cracks.
