The lack of subject titles was discussed previously on this list. The
people mentioning this were AOL customers. It may be a problem with the AOL
software and not the original sender of the message. Nearly all messages
have a subject line when I receive them.

Writing a title to each e-mail will not only help those you are trying
reach read it and respond, but also will help those who may not be
in that subject, or those who may have no input to offer, to more quickly
sort through all the mail.
